Fees and Funding

The fees outlined below are relevant to both private clients (GST included) and NDIS clients who are self managed or plan managed. NDIS Funding for Music Therapy can be claimed through: Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living Capacity Building - Supports for Early Childhood Interventions NDIS Funding for Supported Music Lessons can be claimed through: Capacity Building - Improved Social and Community Participation
Fee Structure
Individual Music Therapy (45 minutes) $135 35 minutes face-to-face, 10 minutes evalutation Individual Music Therapy (60 minutes) $180 50 minutes face-to-face, 10 minutes evaluation Group Music Therapy (45 minutes) $75 per person 35 minutes face-to-face, 10 minutes evaluation Supported Music Lesson (45 minutes) $100 40 minutes face-to-face, 5 minutes evaluation Music Therapy Report $360 2 hours equivalent
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are conducted on a weekly basis. If for some reason you or your child/client are unable to attend the session, we kindly ask that 24 hours notice is provided to avoid charges. If less than 24 hours notice is provided or the client is a 'no show', 100% of the session fee will be required. If there are three consecutive cancellations we will contact you to discuss how we can best support your circumstances and re-evaluate your service agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
